Wind Crest Celebrates Grand Opening of Cascades Restaurant

Wind Crest, an Erickson Senior Living community in Highlands Ranch, recently celebrated the opening of Cascades, a brand-new fine dining restaurant in the community’s Colorado neighborhood.

Notably, Cascades is Wind Crest’s fifth fine dining venue and tenth on-campus restaurant. With the addition of Cascades, community members will enjoy an even greater variety of delicious menu options to suit their tastes, just steps away from their apartment homes.

Executive Chef Douglas Moss has crafted a diverse menu of favorites alongside brand-new recipes and specialty options. Highlights include the build-your-own risotto bowl, with options such as chicken, shrimp, sausage, mushroom, cheese, and different sauces; lobster macaroni and cheese, salmon Oscar with crab meat, and carved tenderloin.

The restaurant’s unique and moody décor, incorporating calming blues and grays, creates the perfect ambiance for an extraordinary dining experience. Cascades also features its own bar with an upgraded beverage menu.
