Siena Lakes Making its Mark in North Naples, Florida

Due to increased demand for the Siena Lakes high-quality lifestyle, the Erickson Senior Living­­-managed retirement community in Naples, Fla., is celebrating the opening of two new independent living buildings this summer-- Palm Vista opens in August and West Lake will open in September. During this period, the community is also expanding its dining options by opening two new restaurants, Stoney’s Bar and Grill and The Gulf.

The two new independent buildings feature 180 luxury apartment homes with a variety of designs, including three new floor plans. All residences have a screened-in lanai and can be customized to match residents' personal preferences.  Stoney’s Bar and Grill offers outdoor dining poolside and, at The Gulf, residents enjoy indoor or outdoor dining with fireplace seating at this distinctive restaurant featuring bistro cuisine.

“Every gorgeous apartment home at Siena Lakes has convenient access to resort-like amenities, including a swimming pool, state of the art fitness center, theater, salon and day spa, on-site medical center, several restaurants featuring chef prepared cuisine, outdoor dining options, library, dozens of clubs, walking paths and much more,” said Suzy McAllister, Siena Lakes’ director of sales. 

Since the grand opening of Siena Lakes in June 2021, more than 200 residents have moved to the community and there are more than 140 employees.
