Distinctive senior living community currently under construction in

North Naples, Florida

(North Naples, FL) – (November 4, 2019) – To celebrate the excitement around the first phase of construction commencing, as well as the Fall Season, on October 30 the Siena Lakes Sales Center held a Fall Festival. At the exclusive Open House event, attended by more than 200 people, guests enjoyed a seasonal buffet, heard about the latest construction updates, and viewed a special slideshow of the Siena Lakes site plan in progress.

The Siena Lakes Sales Center opened in January 2019 and since then, more than 80% of the initial 175 apartment homes have been reserved. The good news also includes that apartments are still available for those considering a move to this vibrant community, which is expected to welcome its first residents in 2021.

"What better way to celebrate the success of this project and fall season than with all of your new and future friends and neighbors at Siena Lakes," said Fred Moschetta, Director of Sales at Siena Lakes. "The demand for the Siena Lakes lifestyle has exceeded our expectations, so we wanted to celebrate our first phase of construction beginning with an exclusive event for those who have reserved a home and Priority List Members. With construction underway, we will continue to offer special events for our members along with hosting Open Houses for those who would like to learn more about the Siena Lakes lifestyle."

Situated on a scenic 29-acre campus just minutes from downtown Naples and many of the area's most beloved beaches, Siena Lakes features luxurious one-level apartment homes, many with views of the community's lakes and water features. Residents can choose from a variety of one and two bedroom floor plans that can all be customized to match their personal preferences.

"Every apartment home will have easy access to a long list of amenities, including the pool, fitness center, salon and day spa, and several unique restaurants," said Moschetta. "We're proud to offer so many high-quality services at a price point that is a great value for seniors."

Siena Lakes takes its name from the Tuscan town of Siena, Italy, which is known for its beauty, charm, and culture. Buildings are being constructed with stone, wood, wrought iron, and tile to create a true Tuscan feel. Bessolo Design Group, out of Tampa Bay, Florida, is the architect for the $300-million-dollar development project. Kaufman Lynn Construction was the general contractor for the sales center and is also serving as the construction consultant for the community.

In addition to bringing quality senior living to the area, Siena Lakes will also create employment opportunities in management, sales, health care, culinary arts, and other hospitality fields.

The Siena Lakes sales center is located on property at 2521 Orange Blossom Drive, Naples, FL 34109.  For more information about Siena Lakes, please call (239) 325-6800, or visit Siena Lakes.
