Hurricane Update

We are pleased to report that, as of Friday afternoon, more than 80 percent of the power at Siena Lakes has been restored, including full power in the Vita Commons, Fountain View, and Lakeside Terrace buildings and partial power to the Piazza Clubhouse and Palm Vista and West Lake buildings. We will continue to communicate with officials from FPL until full service is restored.

Staffing resources, supply levels, and support from our partners continues to be strong. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as the community moves toward normal operations and services.
