Riderwood’s Lori Hamilton Named a Leader of the Year by Erickson Senior Living

Silver Spring, MD—Lori Hamilton, Director of Continuing Care, Riderwood, an Erickson Living developed and managed community in Silver Spring, MD, was named Leader of the Year for 2018 by Erickson Living.

The recognition is given to a manager or director who continually demonstrates exceptional leadership qualities and inspires, motivates and empowers his or her team members to commit to excellence in serving residents.  

Hamilton was one of 20 employees selected by their respective communities or corporate departments and recognized nationally among his peers during the Erickson Living Annual Meeting held in Baltimore, Maryland on March 4.  

Erickson Living is the developer and manager of 20 continuing care retirement communities throughout the country, including Riderwood.

Hamilton began working at Riderwood in 2011.  She has over 30 years of experience in healthcare.
