Silver Spring, MD—Riderwood, the Erickson Living retirement community, announced the hiring of Mrs. Jennifer Hill to its highly successful realty & moving services team.
Mrs. Hill will serve as a personal moving consultant, joining Diane Thometz in that role in the community's Department of Sales & Marketing.
Her main responsibility is to assist clients in staging their houses to get top dollar with the least amount of time on the market. She will provide curb appeal resources and refer preferred Realtors® with proven success in the community.

Providing professional advice on downsizing is another service offered in the program. Additionally, she will assist in the moving process by offering a timeline for packing and partnering with highly skilled senior move managers.
A resident of Columbia, Maryland, Mrs. Hill has served as a teacher and volunteer with the Howard County Public School System. She holds a marketing degree from Virginia Tech University and supports the United States Naval Academy Parent Program.
