Erickson Senior Living, a national leader in developing and managing continuing care retirement communities, has named Dee Dee Gray-Weaver as executive director of Riderwood in Silver Spring, Md. Gray-Weaver brings 20 years of managerial experience to this leadership position.
“Dee Dee has been a valued and respected member of the Riderwood family since joining us as associate executive director in 2017,” says Kerry Jones, Erickson Senior Living’s vice president of corporate operations. “Her passion for providing strong leadership and exceptional service have been instrumental in helping our community achieve impressive resident and employee satisfaction.”
Before becoming part of the Riderwood leadership team, Gray-Weaver spent nearly 15 years at Choice Hotels, where she honed her exceptional hospitality and managerial skills.

Gray-Weaver holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park and a master of business degree from American University’s Kogod School of Business.
