Fox Run Promotes Katy Yermak to Director of Human Resources

Novi, Mich.—Fox Run, an Erickson Senior Living community, announced the promotion of Katy Yermak to Director of Human Resources.

Mrs. Yermak has been with Fox Run for 19 years, having helped open the community in 2003 as a human resources assistant.  During her career, she has served as a coordinator, manager and senior manager within the Human Resources Department.  

In her new leadership role, Mrs. Yermak will be responsible for daily operations of the Human Resources Department with a focus on employee recruitment and engagement. The community has more than 700 full-and part-time employees.

Mrs. Yermak earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development from Oakland University and an MBA from Baker College. She is also certified as a Human Resources Certified Professional by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP).

She lives in Canton with her husband, Dave, and their three children Carter, Alexander, and Leah.
