Looking for ideas, advancement, or a bold shift in your career path? Attending a Career Expo at Eagle’s Trace, the Erickson Senior Living community in West Houston, was a valuable way for team members to seek answers to their questions in 2024!

Faith Bebee started her career at Eagle’s Trace in October 2023, having just moved to Houston from Iowa with her fiancé. She began in the General Services Department and is now an accounting office coordinator.

“My fiancé was from Houston and had worked on the Eagle’s Trace Security team. He raved about how nice everyone was and how much he enjoyed the job,” Faith recalls. “I thought it would be a great place to work!”

Making connections

At the 2024 Eagle’s Trace Career Expo, Faith engaged with department ambassadors to learn more about career opportunities within the organization.

“It really helped me learn more about my career path goals. I was able to talk with team members from other departments who had been at Eagle’s Trace for a long time,” Faith says. “It helped me see the options, focus my path, and opened me up to new possibilities. My goal is to continue to advance and to hone my skills to help Eagle’s Trace be the best it can be.”

“I love the community, the employees, and the overall atmosphere here,” Faith adds. “Working at Eagle’s Trace has brought me much joy—especially after moving to a new place. I hope to continue working with Erickson for years to come!”
