Eagle’s Trace, an Erickson Senior Living-managed community in West Houston, Texas, has named MuhammadAli Farooqi to the leadership position of associate executive director.
Farooqi brings 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry to Eagle’s Trace, including 12 years at his previous employer, Extended Stay America.
As associate executive director, Farooqi will serve on the community’s executive team and focus on creating a positive experience for residents and an engaged workforce, as well as all aspects of strategic operations and planning.
“MuhammadAli’s passion for engagement and quality service, along with his incredible work ethic and natural ability to connect with residents and team members, made him the ideal candidate to fill this leadership role,” stated Stephen Aigner, Executive Director. “We look forward to his many contributions that will help Eagle’s Trace continue to be a great place to live and work.”
A resident of Fulshear with his wife and two daughters, Farooqi earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the State University of New York at Albany and a hospitality management certificate from Cornell University.
