BBVA Compass Bank at Eagle's Trace Earns Industry Award for Customer Service

HOUSTON, TX---The Eagle's Trace Branch of BBVA Compass Bank earned the 2012 Highest Customer Experience Award from MSR Group, a national customer satisfaction measurement company.
The recognition was one of only two awards presented over a seven state region.
On April 19th, a reception was held at the Houston-based Erickson Living retirement community to honor Connie Rudloff, Bank Manager, and Hilda Leon, Assistant Bank Manager.
