Erickson Senior Living Names Laurie Phillips, Personal Moving Consultant, Brooksby Village

Erickson Living has named Laurie Phillips, Georgetown, MA, Personal Moving Consultant, Brooksby Village.  Phillips, a licensed MA Realtor since 2005, currently holds a license with RE/MAX Prestige. 
 
In this role Phillips will help future residents sell their homes quicker by referring local, successful realtors in their area; providing resources to them for various vendors such as painters, carpenters, and home staging companies to help them sell their home and maximize the money netted from the sale.   She will offer home services when she visits clients in their homes and offer downsizing tips, resources to donate, sell, or auction the things they may not be taking with them to their new home at Brooksby Village.   Once they have selected their home at Brooksby Village she can provide assistance with their new floor plan by measuring their existing furniture and placing it on their drawn to scale floor plan. 
 
A graduate of Assumption College, Phillips has a BA in Psychology, Liberal Arts.
