Brooksby Village Names Gina Fernandez, 20-Year Campus Veteran, as Director of Sales

Brooksby Village, an Erickson Senior Living managed community in Peabody, MA, is proud to announce that Gina Fernandez is the new director of sales.

"Gina's tenure with the community, strength in leadership, expertise in sales and passion for creating exceptional experiences have us well positioned for continued success in welcoming new residents to the community."

Since starting work at Brooksby Village in 2002 as a student server in one of the community’s restaurants, Fernandez has excelled in every leadership position she has held. These have included working as the administrative assistant for Dining Services (2010), human resources coordinator (2011), sales associate (2012) and sales manager (2013).

“I am honored to be selected for this new role and have the opportunity to continue working alongside such a remarkable team of professionals as we help more and more seniors live their lives to the fullest,” says Fernandez. “In fact, just this past year, more than 250 seniors decided that in order to enjoy the lifestyle they desired, now was the best time to move to Brooksby Village.”       

Fernandez holds a bachelor of science in communications from Salem State University, Salem, MA. She resides in Danvers, MA, with her family.
