Warminster, PA – Ann's Choice, a continuing care retirement community in Warminster, Pennsylvania, announced the hiring of Melinda Dechert, NHA, as the Director of Continuing Care.
In this leadership position, Dechert is responsible for the overall management and operations of the continuing care neighborhood. This includes working closely with the residents and their families to achieve the highest quality of care and services offered at the community.
"Melinda is a fantastic addition to our Ann's Choice family. She is a dedicated and hardworking individual who has gained extensive experience the last nine years as a nursing home administration. Her expertise in business management and person-centered care will greatly benefit Ann's Choice residents," said Executive Director, Chris Donati.
Prior to joining Ann's Choice, Dechert worked 10 years for HCR ManorCare, a provider of short and long term medical and rehabilitation care, and served nine years as a Nursing Home Administration. Dechert received her Masters of Business Administration from National University in La Jolla, California and acquired her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware.
Ann's Choice offers a variety of continuing care health services, including, personal care, long-term care, short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing.
