A Summer of Progress at Windsor Run

Matthews, North Carolina--We are pleased to share a recent aerial photo of construction progress at Windsor Run, courtesy of The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company.  

Our 60-acre campus has been a hub of activity all summer.  Interior work is in full swing in the Woodland Commons Clubhouse and two resident buildings, Dogwood Place and Sycamore Square.  As Windsor Run will offer a full variety of floor plans and styles, you can now see porches and balconies taking shape.  The lush green landscaping is growing in nicely adjacent to McKee Road, complementing the beautiful surroundings of Matthews.

"The good weather has really helped the pace of construction, and the community continues to be on target to open in the spring of 2018," stated Tom Senger, Director of Sales.  

The demand for the lifestyle and amenities to be offered at Windsor Run is robust as more than 75% of the 216 apartment homes in the first phase of construction are already reserved.  

"Reservists, Priority List Members and guests continue to share in the excitement.  This summer, our team has enjoyed hosting many visitors who have watched construction from the ideal vantage point of our shaded observation patio," noted Mr. Senger.  "From there, our guests have also taken advantage of "virtual tours" to view floor plans and renderings of amenities."
