Highlands Ranch, Colo. – May 2, 2019 – Wind Crest, a continuing care retirement community developed and managed by Erickson Living, is pleased to announce the opening of its newest independent living building, Prospect Crossing.
Named for Prospect Lake, a lake and park located in Colorado Springs, Prospect Crossing evokes the active Wind Crest lifestyle indicative of Colorado. The five-story building features 111 new apartment homes with 22 unique floor plans, including many of Wind Crest's most popular styles as well as five brand new floor plan designs.
"Demand for Wind Crest's vibrant retirement lifestyle has never been higher," said Krista Wagner, Director of Sales. "We're thrilled to be able to welcome more residents to the community with the opening of Prospect Crossing. Apartment homes have reserved quickly, with residents eager to take advantage of this opportunity to enjoy the best in stylish, maintenance-free living."
Prospect Crossing is the first building in Wind Crest's new Colorado neighborhood, and the only new residence building opening at the community this year. Enclosed walkways connect Prospect Crossing to The High Line Overlook and Town Center neighborhoods, providing easy access to additional amenities, including four fitness centers, an aquatics center, a medical center, classrooms, music rooms, art rooms, the 250-seat Arts and Enrichment Center, multiple libraries and six restaurants.
"With beautiful views of the Highlands Ranch Golf Club, convenient under-building parking and direct access to the popular walking paths and scenic Pikes Pond, Prospect Crossing residents will enjoy an active, worry-free retirement lifestyle," said Wagner. "Availability is already becoming limited, though, so we encourage prospective residents to contact our sales office today to reserve their favorite floor plan."
