HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO – Wind Crest has opened its Mile High Café at Longs Ridge, a "fast casual" concept with pastas, soups, salads, flatbreads, hot and cold sandwiches, desserts, pastries, and breads.
Participating in in the grand opening ceremony were Craig Erickson, Executive Director; Joan Chenoweth and Roger Chenoweth, the first residents to move into Longs Ridge; Tom Carlson, Director of Dining; and Carly Andrews, Operations Associate, Mile High Café Project Manager.
Mile High Café has digital menu boards, an exhibition style kitchen, and a prep area displayed in the que. It is themed with city of Denver artwork and décor.
Residents can enjoy a differentiated service model with unique menu options that bring variety to the entire dining program at Wind Crest.
Mile High Café is open Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.., and 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
