HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO---Wind Crest, the Erickson Living retirement community, announced the hiring of Winoka Clements as the Director of Human Resources.
Ms. Clements has been employed with Erickson Living since 2010. She was most recently the Senior Human Resources Manager for the continuum of care neighborhood at Greenspring, a sister community in northern Virginia.
As the Director of Human Resources at Wind Crest, Ms. Clements will be responsible for compliance policies and all phases of employee engagement. The continuing care retirement community has 400 employees serving its 570 residents.

"We welcome Winoka to our community from Virginia. She will play a major leadership role in our expansion and our on-going commitment to creating a positive and mission-centered environment for our employees."
Ms. Clements holds a Bachelors degree in Human Resources from Baker College and a Masters degree in Instructional Development & Design from Bellevue University. She also earned a Certificate in Human Resources from University of Maryland, University College and a Profession in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Ms Clements is currently studying for the Strategic Profession in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
A resident of Denver, Ms. Clements has two children and a grandchild. In Virginia, she volunteered for the Victims Assistance Network of Fairfax County and in her daughter's high school.
Ms. Clements is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and its local chapter and serves on two of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) task forces (Performance Management Standards and Health Care Skill Standards).
