Eighty-Five Percent of Tallgrass Creek's New Residence Building Already Sold Out

July 1, 2014

OVERLAND PARK, KS (July 1, 2014) - Eighty-five percent of apartment homes at Meadowlark Terrace, the new residence building now being constructed at Tallgrass Creek retirement community, are already sold out.
This 87-unit apartment residence building, which is scheduled to open late this year, will feature 10 new floor plans that vary in size and style, ranging from luxury two-bedroom units to more modest one-bedroom apartments.
People are moving from Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Texas, Florida, New York and North Carolina to Tallgrass Creek's new residence building.
Lantz-Boggio is the architect, and Brinkmann Constructors is the general contractor. Tallgrass Creek currently has more than 300 residents.
The new homes boast airy layouts and beautiful finishes, including granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and full-size, side-by-side washers and dryers. Residents also can have their hair styled, meet with their book club, or get creative in the wood shop.
"Everything about Tallgrass Creek is designed for comfort and convenience," said Sales Director Deborah Messmer. "Simply put, there's no retirement destination quite like it."
