Adam Dickson is Wind Crest's New Director of Continuing Care

HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO (October 8, 2015) – Erickson Living has named Adam Dickson the Director of Continuing Care for Mill Vista Lodge at Wind Crest retirement community. Mill Vista Lodge, which has 144 apartments, offers assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, and post-acute care

Dickson most recently served as Assistant Nursing Home Administrator for Oak Crest, an Erickson Living-managed community in Parkville, MD, where he was involved in the management of all day-to-day operations of the facility.

He received his bachelor of science degree in Health Care Management from Towson University, in Towson, MD. Immediately upon graduation, he joined the Erickson Living team.

He has worked to help develop and implement new programs and services offered within the continuing care facilities for the enterprise.

He has also served as Business Office manager for Riderwood, an Erickson Living property in Silver Spring, Maryland, where he was responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of care facility.

Dickson first discovered his passion for health care while volunteering at the Shock Trauma Center at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD.

Dickson and his wife, Kelli, have a daughter, Nora.
