Tallgrass Creek recently celebrated the grand opening of its newest independent living residence building, Prairie View. Named for its picturesque setting on Tallgrass Creek’s 65-acre campus in Overland Park, Prairie View adds 107 brand-new apartment homes to the community.

"Here, there's so much to love," says Carmen Smith, memory care manager at Tallgrass Creek. "I love the residents--visiting with them, making them smile, and listening to their stories. I have a great team of associates who really care about the residents and what they do. I have an amazing manager who promotes work-life balance. And I have a great team!"

Six years after moving to Tallgrass Creek, Jan is more involved than ever--and loving every minute of it.
