Erickson Living has promoted Phil Jean to the position of executive director of Seabrook, a developed and managed senior living community in Tinton Falls, New Jersey.
Jean brings more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry to his new role. He joined Erickson Living in 2016 as the associate executive director at Linden Ponds, another developed and managed Erickson Living community located in Hingham, Massachusetts. Prior to joining Linden Ponds, Jean was an operations consultant, led several eldercare and independent living operations, and served as a licensed nursing home administrator with a few health care systems. Jean is also well connected in the industry and serves on Boards and holds affiliations with several professional health care associations.

Jean earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and management and a minor in French from the University of Maine. He received his master's degree in healthcare administration and management from Husson College in Maine.
