Seabrook earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in anonymous surveys. Seabrook Retirement Community employees completed 284 surveys, resulting in a 90 percent confidence level and a margin of error of ± 3.36. Ninety-two percent responding "I feel good about the ways we contribute to the community", 92 percent saying "When I look at what we accomplish, I feel a sense of pride", 91 percent replying "I'm proud to tell others I work here", and 91 percent stating "My work has special meaning: This is not just a job".
