Seabrook, an Erickson Living Retirement Community in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, celebrated the opening of its completely renovated and redesigned Tides Café. The café now boasts timeless coastal décor, modern lighting, and brand new food-service equipment as well as improved acoustics. The major renovation improves flow, efficiency, and ambiance at the popular restaurant located in Village Center.
"Our new, inviting restaurant will be enjoyed by our community members for many years to come," said Executive Director Todd DeLaney.
The Tides Café is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and features Seabrook's Signature Dining menu with fresh, cooked-to-order choices. Guests can choose from salads, entrees, paninis, and more. Residents can also dine at two other on-site restaurants. The Fireside Restaurant features a variety of salads and grilled foods, as well as beef, chicken, seafood, and vegetarian entrees. The Princeton Restaurant features buffet dining, including hot entrees and Sunday brunch staples.
"Seabrook is undergoing several lifecycle renovations to enhance the community for current residents and anticipate the future interests of our prospective residents," said DeLaney. "Next year, Seabrook plans to add a new restaurant on the first floor of the Town Square Clubhouse, revamp the fitness center, and add a new "Central Park" outdoor venue."
Seabrook is one of 19 continuing care retirement communities managed by Erickson Living. The scenic 98-acre campus is located in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, and is home to more than 1,400 residents.
