Seabrook Announces Appointment of New Dining Services Director

TINTON FALLS, NJ - Seabrook announced today that Mary Beth Sheehan has been promoted to dining services director at the community.
Mary Beth joined the Seabrook team in January 2011 as restaurant manager for the community's continuing care neighborhood and was then promoted to assistant dining director in April 2012.
Mary Beth brings to Seabrook over 25 years of experience in acute care, long term care, sub-acute care, and assisted living experience.
Seabrook Executive Director Art Sparks said, "We value Mary Beth's professional knowledge as a registered dietician and  her passion for customer service and employee engagement. Seabrook has benefited from her innovative and creative approach to staff orientation and training, her firm but fair adherence to high standards of practice and her personal touch to customer services."
"I have been honored to call Seabrook my home for the past three years, and am really looking forward to stepping into this new and exciting role," Mary Beth said. "As the dining services director, I will continue to  work with the team to provide the best possible dining experience for all of our residents."
Mary Beth was born and raised in New Jersey. She graduated from Rutgers University.
