Riderwood Residents Attend Grand Opening Celebration of The Bistro

 The New Wye Oak Bistro at Riderwood named after the famous Maryland Wye Oak Tree Silver Spring, MD – Many residents attended the Grand Opening celebration of The Bistro at Riderwood, an Erickson Living retirement community in Silver Spring, MD. "What an exciting day at Riderwood for both residents and staff," said Gary Hibbs, Executive Director, Riderwood. "The new Wye Oak Bistro is named after the famous Maryland Wye Oak Tree. Everyone has worked so hard to make this day happen and it was wonderful to see residents enjoying the Bistro immediately following the event!"  The new Bistro features a display kitchen concept that provides residents and guests the opportunity to engage with the culinary team preparing their lunch or dinner. The restaurant features freshly prepared Bistro style favorites, including burgers, salads, sandwiches and flatbreads.
