Parkville, Maryland--The rainy spring weather could not put a damper on the love of the links for residents, employees and vendors who participated in the annual Oak Crest Golf Tournament held at Rocky Point Golf Course in eastern Baltimore County on May 14.
Despite overnight rain and a few morning sprinkles, more than 100 golfers entered the captain's choice scramble event for a day of friendly competition.
According to Stacey Schiano, Philanthropy Manager at Oak Crest, the event netted more than $24,000 for the Benevolent Care Fund of the Erickson Living community.
