Hingham, MA -- People moving to Linden Ponds have been selling their homes on the South Shore quickly!
"The market is hot right now," said Personal Moving Consultant Lynne Ford. "We have a number of people moving into Linden Ponds who had multiple offers on their homes or condos. There have been many properties by incoming Linden Ponds residents which sold in under one week."
Through the Erickson Realty and Moving Services program, Ford assists prospective Linden Ponds residents by connecting them with preferred realtors who are experts in the sale of homes in their specific neighborhoods.
Ford also travels to individual homes to assess future residents' particular needs and to help customize a plan for their approaching move. Services include assisting with home staging, downsizing, clean-out and packing plans, hiring movers, and helping with furniture placement and decorating of their new home.
Judith Gregory, who retired from the Boston Public School after 40+ years, lived in Brookline in a condo in Coolidge Corner for 30 years. After 14 offers, she sold her condo $50,000 over asking and it was under agreement in six days.
"Lynne provided an invaluable amount of assistance pre, during and post move-in to Linden Ponds," said Gregory. "Lynne could eyeball what I had and would assure me everything would fit, and it did. Erickson Realty and Moving Services program was a huge help to me and Lynne is a consummate professional and a wonderful asset to Linden Ponds."
Gini Pomeroy, from Hingham, sold her house in two days and will move into Linden Ponds in June.
"Lynne has not only been wonderful to work with but she has made the moving process a lot of fun," said Pomeroy. "She listens to your concerns and knows what you want and what you don't want. When she comes to my house in Hingham, she brings a map of my new home at Linden Ponds so we can layout where my furniture will go in my apartment. We have spent so much time together laughing and having a great time. Lynne really makes it a great experience!
"With the addition of Willard Square, Linden Ponds' ninth residential building, this is a very exciting time to be selling your home and moving to Linden Ponds,' said Ford. "The new 7-story building will add 104 new independent living apartment homes to the community. Along with new open apartment floor plans, Willard Square will also feature additional common area spaces to accommodate the growing number of resident activities and clubs."
