70+ Artists Living at Linden Ponds Display their Artwork in the Linden Ponds Art Gallery

Painters, sculptures, photographers and more all living at Linden Ponds, an Erickson Living retirement community in Hingham, have come together to display their work in the Linden Ponds Art Gallery. 

"The Linden Ponds Artist Council sent out letters to all residents who might be interested, said "Molly Lynch St. John, Community Resources Manager, Linden Ponds.   "Artists were asked to submit, by a certain date, a form describing their art work for consideration. We have very talented people living here so many people wanted to participate.   Everything is on display for residents to see through the end of August."

People who live at Linden Ponds can walk through the Art Gallery at any time. Priority List Members at Linden Ponds are also invited to a "Meet the Artist" event in July.   On display, from more than 70 artists living at Linden Ponds, are pieces of art, sculptures, wood carvings, jewelry, paintings and more.

"The two-month Residents' Open Show has happened every summer for several years," said Lynch St. John.  "People who live and work at Linden Ponds really enjoy looking at residents' art work every year and we are thrilled our Priority List Members will be joining us this year at the "Meet the Artist" event."
