North Dallas, Texas—Due to the demand for its unique senior living residences and services, Highland Springs is growing once again.
Next year promises an exciting milestone with the opening of a second community clubhouse, Magnolia Place, named after the line of trees that adorn the entrance to the Erickson Living retirement community.
With Magnolia Place comes another hub of socialization opportunities for residents, their family members and guests, including a grand living room, a classroom for activities and a library. The centerpiece will be an "Arts & Enrichment Center," a 3,000 square-feet venue to provide a special place for worship services, guest speakers and theatrical productions.
Enjoying a delicious meal is another way to relax and entertain. The new clubhouse will have a wonderful catering room with an outdoor patio (the "Arbor Room"), an ideal location for family gatherings and social club dinners.
But, according to Christina Christie, Director of Sales & Marketing at Highland Springs, there is another sensational aspect---make that 18 of them—unique to Magnolia Place.
"There will be 18 beautiful apartment homes in Magnolia Place," stated Ms. Christie. "This is a new design concept based on customer feedback allowing future residents to be in the 'center of the action' of all that we have to offer at Highland Springs."
"Convenience is the key. For example, these apartment homes will be located directly above the amenities described in Magnolia Place and just steps away from other dining venues on campus, most notably the Reunion Grille and the Lone Star Pub. The Hillcrest Clubhouse, with the medical center and fitness/aquatics center, is within a short walk. And because, there are only six apartments on each floor, they will all be very close to an elevator. In fact, there will be two elevators on each floor," noted Mrs. Christie.
Floor plans for these 18 apartment homes include the most popular two-bedroom designs at Highland Springs, with a new edition.
"We're proud to introduce the 'Wimberley,' a two-bedroom, two-bathroom corner apartment with gorgeous views of the magnolia trees and the pond," said Ms. Christie. "It features bright, open spaces with opportunities to upgrade via the personalized support offered by our in-house custom interiors department."
Magnolia Place is scheduled to open in April, 2018. "We are receiving enthusiastic feedback from customers about this project so now is a perfect time to schedule a personal visit to Highland Springs and view floor plans and renderings. Please give us a call at 972-231-9933, and our team will be happy to meet you," noted Mrs. Christie.
