Dallas, Texas—The first residents are moving into Twin Oaks Square, the new independent living building opened in August at Highland Springs.
Twin Oaks Square features 109 residences with nine new floor plans in a variety of one-and two-bedroom floor plans. It also houses a new dining venue, the Lone Star Pub.
To celebrate its opening, the community hosted a ribbon-cutting and reception on August 29 for new residents and staff.
"We are excited to meet the demand for the engaged lifestyle and amenities unique to Highland Springs," stated Christina Christie, Director of Sales at the Erickson Living retirement community. "The response to Twin Oaks Square has been incredible. We welcomed our first residents in August, and we have move-ins scheduled through late December."
Twin Oaks Square is the second new building opened by Highland Springs this year. The first, Magnolia Place, offers a unique blend of amenities and apartment homes.
"Magnolia Place and Twin Oaks Square bring an array of socialization opportunities for residents at an already-bustling campus," noted Mrs. Christie. "Their location within Highland Springs provides a 'center-of-action' feel for everyone."
Additionally, Mrs. Christie stressed the popularity of custom interior opportunities conveniently found on campus.
"It's exciting to see our customers create their dream homes at Highland Springs, choosing from a selection of flooring, paint, custom closet options and more," said Mrs. Christie. "Our interiors coordinator makes personalizing their space simple and fun for new residents."
