Highland Springs Opens Second Clubhouse, Welcomes New Residents

Dallas, Texas—Due to the demand for its unique residences and services, Highland Springs is growing once again with the opening of a second community clubhouse.

Named after the beautiful line of trees that adorn its entrance, Magnolia Place is another hub of socialization for residents, their family members and guests of the Erickson Living retirement community.  The clubhouse features a grand living room, library and classroom for activities.

The centerpiece is the Arts and Enrichment Center, a 3,000 square-feet venue to provide a special place for guest speakers, entertainment & theatrical productions and worship services.

Magnolia Place also offers 18 beautiful apartment homes, a new design concept based on customer feedback.  Floor plans include the most popular two-bedroom designs found at Highland Springs.
