Highland Springs Named One of 100 Best Companies to Work for in Texas

Highland Springs, the Erickson Living retirement community, received recognition as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work for in Texas 2018.

According to the Best Companies Group, the awards program is designed to recognize the best employers in the state, the ones that make it a priority to create better workplaces for their employees.  Best Companies Group and its partners, the Texas Association of Business and Texas SHRM, are breaking ground with this annual project.  

The list of the 100 Best Companies to Work for in Texas 2018 names companies with the best practices.  An awards banquet, coordinated by the Texas Association of Business, was held in Austin on March 8 to recognize each of the recipients.  Highland Springs ranked #28 in the medium-size company category (100-499 Texas employees).

"Since our opening in 2006, we have attracted talented, passionate employees.  It is quite rewarding to see our team receive this well-deserved statewide recognition," described Matt Neville, Executive Director.  "Serving the residents and their families is our number one priority, and we do it with a mission-centered culture that fosters inclusion and celebrates life."  

Highland Springs is a non-profit continuing care retirement community located on an 89-acre campus in North Dallas.  Its 950 residents are served by a total workforce of more than 475 full- and part-time employees.
