Highland Springs Hires Cecilia Saucedo as Director of Continuing Care

DALLAS, TX---Highland Springs, the Erickson Living retirement community, announced the hiring of Cecilia Saucedo as its first Director of Continuing Care.
Ms. Saucedo holds over twenty-two years of professional experience in the senior living industry, mainly with skilled nursing facilities.  In 2003, she earned her licensure as a Nursing Facility Administrator.
"The planning and construction of the continuing care neighborhood is a watershed project for our campus," stated Chris Emmett, Executive Director of Highland Springs.  "Beyond the facility, though, it takes the very best professionals to serve our residents.  We have found a tremendous leader in Cecilia.  With her history of accomplishment in the senior living profession in Texas, Cecilia brings the necessary passion and enthusiasm to coordinate the opening of our new neighborhood and fulfill our mission for years to come."
Ms. Saucedo received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Wesleyan University.   The Texas native is a member of the Texas Health Care Association
Currently under construction, the continuing care neighborhood at Highland Springs will be comprised of ninety-six (96) units providing assisted living, memory care, post-acute rehabilitation and long-term nursing care services to residents, fulfilling the community's continuum of care mission.
Opening is slated for December, 2012.
The North Dallas retirement community has 440 independent living apartment homes in a variety of floor plans and pricing options.
