Greenspring Hosts “New Year, New You” Home Expo

Special event offers sneak peek at community's vibrant retirement lifestyle
Springfield, Va. — On February 22, Greenspring welcomed nearly 200 visitors, including Priority List members, to campus for its New Year, New You Home Expo. During the special event, guests enjoyed the opportunity to tour apartment homes at the continuing care retirement community developed and managed by Erickson Living in Springfield, Va.
The apartment home tour featured some of Greenspring's most popular floor plans, including one- and two-bedroom models open for visitors to explore. Several current Greenspring residents even opened up their own apartment homes to give guests a sneak peek into what life at the community is really like.
"The Home Expo is one of the best ways for future residents to truly experience the vibrant lifestyle at Greenspring," said David Taylor, Director of Sales. "The event presents a unique opportunity to connect with future neighbors and get a feel for the community as a whole."
In addition to the tour, guests enjoyed delicious refreshments and hors d'oeuvres provided by Greenspring's talented in-house catering team. Attendees also had the opportunity to chat with resident ambassadors and Greenspring staff members, get tips and advice from real estate and moving professionals, and attend a free seminar on the latest in custom design trends from Greenspring's own Custom Interiors experts.
With only a handful of Greenspring apartment homes currently available for occupancy, Taylor encourages prospective residents not to wait. "One of the most common things we hear from residents is that they wish they'd moved to Greenspring sooner," said Taylor.
