Vince King, Elvis Tribute Artist, gets residents "All Shook Up" during return appearance
HOUSTON, TX---Residents at Eagle's Trace, the Erickson Living retirement community, can't help fallin' in love with Elvis Presley tribute artist Vince King.
The resident of Pearland, TX held his second concert of the year in April before one hundred dancing residents of Eagle's Trace. Coordinated by the Dining Services Department, the performance was held in the Garden Room Restaurant.
"Vince's performance in February was so popular with our residents that we invited him back for an encore," described Bonnie Neal, Service Manager who leads the Catering Team.
King performs Elvis songs from the beginning of the musician's history-making career in the 1950's to the powerful Vegas-style shows of the 1970's.
Light refreshments were served, along with treats like "Velvet Elvis" cupcakes, specially prepared by the Eagle's Trace Catering Team.
Carol Burgess is an Eagle's Trace resident and self-described life-long Elvis fan. "Elvis Presley is my all-time favorite. I thought Vince was fabulous with his voice, outfits and moves. And his rendition of 'How Great Thou Art' was terrific."
