Houston, Texas—Eagle's Trace, the Erickson Living retirement community, announced the hiring of Joshua Chang as the Director of Finance.
In his leadership position, Chang will be responsible for daily supervision of strategic financial management, accounting and budgeting at the 71-acre campus. He will also provide business analysis and risk management support to the Executive Team of Eagle's Trace.
Chang holds more than 20 years of experience in the information technology and financial sectors. Prior to joining Eagle's Trace, Chang served as the Finance Leader for Hewlett Packard in its U.S. Federal Civilian segment with clients that included NASA and the U.S. Postal Service. Previously, he was a consulting manager for worldwide firms such as Arthur Andersen and KPMG.
Chang holds a bachelor's degree in Risk Management & Insurance as well as a master's degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) & project management professional (PMP) and has memberships with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
A resident of Houston with his wife and two children, he volunteers with the local Girl Scouts of America and youth soccer leagues.
