Julie Perry Named Leader of the Year at Devonshire at PGA National

Palm Beach Gardens, Florida — Julie Perry, Director of Human Resources at Devonshire at PGA National, an Erickson Living managed retirement community in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, was named the retirement community's Leader of the Year for 2018.
Perry was one of 20 employees selected by their respective communities or corporate departments and recognized nationally among her peers during the Erickson Living Annual Meeting held in Baltimore, Maryland on March 4.
The recognition is given to a manager or director who continually demonstrates exceptional leadership qualities and inspires, motivates and empowers his or her team members to commit to excellence in serving residents.
"Julie has helped create an environment where all Devonshire employees feel welcome and heard," said Jim Wingardner, Executive Director Devonshire. "Julie and her team work well together and have created an atmosphere where everyone works hard but also has fun at work. We were thrilled to see Julie get honored in front of her peers!"
Perry started her career with Erickson Living in May of 2016 as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Oak Crest an Erickson Living managed retirement community in Parkville, MD. She joined the Devonshire time in 2017.
She has her Masters of Science in Human Resources Management from American University, Washington, D.C.
