Devonshire at PGA National to Host Rabbi Shalom Hammer for Discussion on Inner Peace

WHAT:  (Palm Beach Gardens, Florida) — On Wednesday, January 27, Devonshire at PGA National will be host to Rabbi Shalom Hammer, a renowned lecturer, motivational speaker, and author.  His presentation, "Finding Inner Peace and Affecting the World Around Us," will focus on positive perspectives and the affect it may have on one's perpetuation.   This lecture is one of Rabbi Hammer's interactive, inspirational, and engaging programs design especially for seniors.

According to his website, Rabbi Shalom Hammer has lived in Israel for 25 years.  He has served under the Chaplaincy for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and as an educator in Israeli institutions such as the Menachem Begin Heritage Center in Jerusalem.  Currently, Rabbi Hammer serves as a senior lecturer for the Jewish Identity Branch of the IDF, a contributing editor for the Jerusalem Post, and founder and director of Makom Meshutaf, an organization that uses educational programs to advocate for tolerance and unity between religious and secular Jews in Israel.
