140+ women attend 18th Annual Ladies Day Celebration at Devonshire at PGA National

Palm Beach Gardens, Fla  -- Just in time for Mother's Day, more than 140 women gathered for lunch and entertainment at the 18^th annual Ladies Day Celebration at Devonshire at PGA National.

"It has become a tradition to recognize all the women who live  at Devonshire at the Annual Ladies Devonshire Celebration," said Irene Malanga, Community Resources Manager at Devonshire at PGA National.  "We call it Ladies' Day simply for the fact that not all ladies have had children, however, they have all influenced someone in their lifetime in a very positive way and should be recognized."

The ladies enjoy a nice lunch, a special gift, entertainment, door prizes and beautiful tulips in The Stratford, the community's Performing Arts Center.

"Every year I  create a bookmark with a personal note and some of my famous quotes," said Malanga. "It's a wonderful way to celebrate the Ladies of Devonshire for all they do every day.  I am pleased to say this is my 18^th year and many have saved each and every one of them."
