Charlestown Hires Neal Gantert as Director of Finance

CATONSVILLE, MD---Charlestown, the Erickson Living retirement community, announced the hiring of Neal Gantert as the new Director of Finance.
Mr. Gantert has been with Erickson Living since February 2000 in leadership roles in the Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance Systems and Accounting Departments.  Previously in 2012, he served as Corporate Finance Director.
As the Director of Finance at Charlestown, Mr. Gantert will be responsible for establishing and maintaining comprehensive financial controls and efficient procedures, financial planning and reporting as well as supporting all financial needs of operations.
"With our campus modernization project well underway, this is an exciting year for Charlestown," stated Vinson Bankoski, Associate Executive Director.  "We look forward to Neal playing a major role in the success of our operations and providing first-class support to residents and staff, just as he has accomplished throughout his career with Erickson Living."
Mr. Gantert graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
A resident of Cedarcroft with his wife and two daughters, he coaches soccer with the Charles Village Recreational League.
