Charlestown December 12 Holiday Exhibit of 100 "Vintage" Wooden Toys

A Thursday, December 12, holiday exhibit of 100 "vintage" wooden toys -- several pull toys of trains, fish that wiggle when pulled, simple wood puzzles, piggy banks, shape fit toys, stack block type toys, wood road graders, old time cars and pick-ups, and cradles with hand sewn dolls - made by Charlestown retirement community's woodworkers.
Immediately following this exhibit, the vintage toys will be given to underprivileged children via the U.S. Marine Corps' Toys for Tots. The Charlestown woodworkers have been making the vintage wooden toys  in their retirement community's woodshop ever since this past April.
