Charlestown Unveils The Terrace Restaurant with a Reimagined Elevated Dining Experience

Charlestown, a continuing care retirement community developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living in Catonsville, MD, is celebrating the reopening of The Terrace, an upscale restaurant featuring bistro dining, a carving station, and a new full-service bar. The Terrace is one of seven on-campus dining venues available to residents. 

"The reopening of The Terrace reflects our ongoing commitment to providing residents with more choice, variety, and opportunities to connect over a delicious meal," said Dining Director Paul Edelman. “We’re excited to welcome residents to a refreshed dining destination that combines exceptional food, service, and atmosphere.”

The Terrace offers an upscale dining experience that complements the vibrant lifestyle residents enjoy daily at Charlestown. Residents can select from a wide range of menu offerings, including entrée salads, soups, handcrafted sandwiches, and chef-inspired entrees. Executive Chef Victoria Jones has carefully crafted a versatile menu that evolves throughout the year with fresh seasonal selections and weekly specials.

"Whether residents are looking for an elegant dining experience at The Terrace or a casual meal with neighbors, our goal is to deliver fresh, high-quality meals and outstanding service every day," said Jones.

In addition to The Terrace, Charlestown residents can enjoy fresh, chef-prepared meals at six other on-campus dining venues, ranging from casual cafés to full-service restaurants. Whether dining solo, with friends, neighbors, or family, the culinary team is dedicated to making each experience enjoyable for residents. 

Charlestown is a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living. Charlestown is situated on a scenic 110-acre campus in Catonsville, Maryland. The community, which is home to more than 2,000 residents, is supported by 1,100 employees.
