Seniors moving to Brooksby Village Selling Homes at Record Speed Thanks to Erickson Realty and Moving Services

Peabody, MA -- People moving to Brooksby Village, a continuing care retirement community developed and managed by Erickson Living, have been selling their homes at record speed with the help of the Erickson Realty and Moving Services program and their preferred realtors. 

"The market is super-hot right now," said Brooksby Village's Personal Moving Consultant Laurie Phillips.  "If anyone is on the fence this is the time to sell!  We have had a number of people moving into Brooksby Village using the Erickson Realty and Moving Services program who have had multiple offers, including cash offers and over asking price offers, on their homes or condos."

Through the Erickson Realty and Moving Services (ERMS) program, Phillips assists prospective Brooksby Village residents by connecting them with preferred realtors who are experts in the sale of homes in their specific neighborhoods.

Phillips also travels to individual homes to assess future residents' particular needs and to help customize a plan for their approaching move. Services include assisting with home staging, clean-out and packing plans, hiring movers, and helping with furniture placement and decorating of their new home.  Currently she averages 10 home visits a week.
