Charleen Archambault Receives Brooksby Village’s Leadership Award

Peabody, MA -- Charleen Archambault, Director of Dining Services at Brooksby Village, was honored as Brooksby Village's nominee for Erickson Living's 2016 leadership award at its corporate meeting in Baltimore, Maryland.   Archambault was selected for her exceptional leadership qualities. 

"Charleen oversees 372 employees in five restaurants in Independent Living and seven dining areas in continuing care here at Brooksby Village," said Brooksby Village Executive Director Helen Lanagan. "She is a major contributor to our Executive Team, thinks outside of her department, shares ideas and always presents a high level of respect regardless of who she is speaking with. Charleen is committed to this community, she is a leader and we are honored to have her on our team."

Archambault resides in Chelmsford MA, and is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with an M.S in Organizational Leadership, a B.S. in English from Salem State College and an Associate's in Applied Science: Dietetic Technology from Essex Agricultural.
