WHAT: A variety of artwork, jewelry, photography and much more will be on display and for sale at Brooksby Village's Art Show and Silent Auction to benefit the Brooksby Village Benevolent Care Fund. Everything for sale will be created by or donated by both people who live and work at Brooksby Village. There will also be live music and refreshments as well as a cash bar.
"This is our first Art Show and Silent Auction so everyone is very excited," said Beth McNelis, Director of Philanthropy and Communications at Brooksby Village. "There are so many clubs and artists groups here at Brooksby Village and the members create amazing work. Now other residents and guests can support them in their efforts."
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Benevolent Care Fund which is a Fund set up to provide support to residents who, despite careful planning, outlive their financial resources. This Fund enables residents to remain at Brooksby Village, knowing they will always receive the care they deserve.
