WARMINSTER, PA - Continuing Care at Ann's Choice received 5-Star Rating from U.S. News & World Report for 2014 and voted a "Best Nursing Home" in the United States by the publication.
Ann's Choice has received the 5-Star rating for two years in a row. Each year the state of Pennsylvania inspects nursing facilities and rates them based on various categories which are reported federally to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid. Some of the categories include nurse staffing, quality measures and the annual Department of Health survey.

Our highly professional staffers continually achieve high marks from the state of Pennsylvania and being acknowledged on a nationwide platform is a great way to illustrate our commitment toward providing quality care for our residents."
